Who is responsible for your data?

Data collected

Support and contact: name, email and messages of requests sent from the help button or the contact form, kept for as long as needed to handle them.

Hosts: name, email, password (encrypted), language, page content, purchase history.

Guests: what they enter in the reply form (name, answer, party size, answers to questions, email or phone if requested), and photos and messages they choose to share.

Technical: hashed IP address (anti-abuse), anonymous visit statistics without advertising cookies.

Why?

To provide the service (creating, publishing and managing pages), process payments, send service emails and prevent abuse. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest. Idea and offer emails: only with your consent, unsubscribe at any time.

Who has access?

Only VIP Elite and our technical providers: Stripe (payments), our email provider, Cloudflare (security). Guests’ replies are only visible to the page’s host. We never sell your data.

Audience measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookie-free and without individual tracking.

Text generator: what you type in the tool (names, date, details) is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write the suggestions; VIP Elite does not keep it.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

Free tools and guides may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure these ads, only with your consent, collected through Google’s consent message. You can change your choice at any time. No ads appear on invitations or in your account.

Our own visit statistics use no cookies at all.

How long?

Pages and their data are kept for the duration of the chosen plan, then paused. A draft without an account is deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from “My account”.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. Only essential technical cookies (login session, security). Event pages are never indexed by search engines.
