Change the template and colours

Template, palette and opening animation.

  1. 1The Design panel. It all starts here: open “Design” in the Edit tab.
  2. 2Pick a template. Click a template: the layout changes instantly.
  3. 3The colour palette. Each swatch is a colour scheme. Try a few!
  4. 4The opening animation. Envelope, curtain, wax seal, doors… what guests see when they open the link.
  5. 5Live preview. Every change shows up here instantly, on mobile or desktop.

Animations, fonts and custom colour

Make your invitation unique.

  1. 1The Customise panel. Open “Customise”: these settings add to the template.
  2. 2Your colour. Choose a main colour or your own colour code.
  3. 3Typography. Eight font pairings, from elegant to modern.
  4. 4Celebration animation. Petals, hearts, butterflies, balloons, fireworks… and a burst when a guest says “Yes”.
  5. 5Title animation. Handwriting, golden shine, glow…
  6. 6The result. Check the preview: everything is saved automatically.

Title, names, welcome message.

  1. 1The Texts panel. Open “Texts” to write the names, the title and your message.

Add your best photos.

  1. 1The Photos panel. Open “Photos”.
  2. 2Add your images. Choose the cover photo and add a gallery: they are optimised automatically.

Add or remove sections

Schedule, gifts, dress code, FAQ, guestbook…

  1. 1The Sections panel. Open “Sections”.
  2. 2Turn on what you need. Tick or untick: schedule, gift list, FAQ, guestbook… The order can be changed.
  3. 3Your progress. This bar shows what is left to complete.

Suggest places to stay

Nearby hotels and B&Bs, with a booking link.

  1. 1The Where to stay panel. Open “Where to stay” (turn the section on if needed).
  2. 2Add the addresses. Name, address, booking link and info (code, distance): guests get a Directions button.

Gift list guests can reserve

Guests reserve a gift, no duplicates.

  1. 1Turn on the Gifts section. In “Sections”, add “Gifts” if it is not there.
  2. 2The Gifts panel. Message, fund link, bank details… and below, your gift list.
  3. 3Add your gifts. Name, price, link: guests click “I’ll give this” and you get an email.

Add music

A song that plays during the visit.

  1. 1The Music panel. Open “Music”.
  2. 2Choose the track. Paste a link or upload a file: guests can listen when they open the invitation.

Car sharing between guests

Guests offer or look for seats.

  1. 1Turn on the section. In “Sections”, add “Car sharing”.
  2. 2The Car sharing panel. All your guests’ posts appear here.
  3. 3Stay in control. Delete a post in one click if needed.

Add guests and send invitations

List, personal link, email or WhatsApp.

  1. 1The Guests tab. Your whole guest list is here.
  2. 2Add guests. Paste a list (one name per line, with email or phone): each guest gets a personal link.
  3. 3Send. Send invitations and reminders in one click, or via WhatsApp one by one.

Make the seating plan

Drag your guests onto tables.

  1. 1The Tables view. In Guests, switch to “Tables”.
  2. 2Seat your guests. Create your tables, then drag each guest (or tap them, then the table, on mobile). Everyone sees their table in their invitation.

Welcoming guests on the day

Scan QR codes at the entrance.

  1. 1The Check-in view. On the day, open “Check-in”.
  2. 2Scan at the door. Each guest shows their QR code: one scan and they are marked as arrived, in real time.
