Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026

Translation for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the VIP Elite service, published by VIP Elite (Daniel Giraldo, SIRET [SIRET à compléter]), and the sale of paid plans.

The service

VIP Elite lets you create and publish online event pages (invitations), collect guests’ replies and share photos. Creating a page is free. On first publication, each account gets a single 48-hour free trial with every feature. When the trial ends, the page is no longer available to guests until a paid plan (Essentiel, Premium, Prestige) is chosen; its content is kept. Further pages on the same account need a paid plan to be published.

Prices & payment

Prices are in euros, taxes included. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Payment is one-time (no subscription), by card via Stripe. Upgrading only costs the price difference. An invoice is emailed to you.

Activation

The plan is activated immediately after payment. The 48-hour Premium trial is offered on first publication (up to two pages per user).

Withdrawal & refunds

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your consent. Nevertheless, VIP Elite offers a 14-day money-back guarantee after purchase: just ask by email.

Time online

Essentiel: 6 months after the event. Premium: 1 year after the event. Prestige and “forever” option: unlimited while the service exists. At expiry, the page is paused (not deleted) after an email notice.

User content

Hosts are responsible for the texts and photos they publish and for their guests’ data. Unlawful, hateful or rights-infringing content is prohibited. VIP Elite may suspend a page in case of abuse.

Liability & availability

VIP Elite does its best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the page concerned.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
